LedgerBrains™ by GA Alliance is an approved the Technology Service Providers (TSP) by MDEC for the Malaysian government SME Business Digitalisation grant. Under the SME business digitalization grant, businesses can enjoy a 50% matching grant of up to RM5000. LedgerBrains™ is an accounting digital platform powered by GA Alliance, that links you to finance professionals (and firms) including licensed bookkeepers, accountants, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to ensure that your business finance requirements are attended to in the best possible manner. 

Are services that I subscribe to with LedgerBrains™ provided by qualified/licensed professionals?

Yes, all services available for subscription in LedgerBrains™ are performed, reviewed, and approved by qualified/licensed professionals. 

Apart from bookkeeping and accounting, what other services can I subscribe to?

As LedgerBrains™ links you to various professionals, you can subscribe to a wide range of services including digitalisation, business registrations, taxation, payroll, corporate secretarial, and business advisory services. Contact us if you have a specialised service requirement in mind and we will source the service capability for you from our pool of professionals! 

Can I sign up online and is there a minimum term of contract?

Yes! Our online sign-up process is simple and quick. Each subscription has a minimum contract period of twelve (12) months and automatic renewal is an available option (Please refer to our legal and contractual disclosures for detailed terms and conditions).  

Once I sign up with LedgerBrains™, what will be my next step?

A team member from LedgerBrains™ will initiate contact with you to begin an on-boarding process, while guide you comfortably to help us understand your business requirements to ensure a seamless migration to LedgerBrains™.   

Who can I call if I need to speak so someone about my accounts?

You will have access to a messaging/chat functionality/a dedicated LedgerBrains™ Manager for any enquiry or matters related to your accounts. 

What sort of monthly reports do I receive and how do I receive them?

Our standard monthly reports consist of your management Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable listings. You can also request customized reports as an add-on feature. These reports can be retrieved online.  

What happens if my annual revenue exceeds the threshold for my current package?

Congratulations and well done!! You will be automatically upgraded to the next relevant package based on your business’s annual revenue level, which would also open up access to more LedgerBrains™ features and services.  

Is my LedgerBrains™ subscription eligible for any government grants or incentives?

Yes, based on the prevailing government grant regulations at the time of writing, subject to terms and conditions, your business is likely eligible to apply for the MDEC SME Business Digitalisation Grant valued at 50% of your 12-month subscription fees (this matching grant is capped at RM5,000), which you are able to apply to the first year of a LedgerBrains™ subscription plan. Contact us for the relevant details to understand the application process!
